Programme Officer
Gifty is a development practitioner with over nine years of experience in development cooperation, program and project management and gender and social inclusion in areas of education, agriculture, and governance. She is currently a Programme Officer at the Network for Women’s Rights in Ghana (NETRIGHT), supporting feminist advocacy, network growth, and capacity building for women and marginalised groups. At NETRIGHT, she plays key roles in project and programme coordination, program development, partnership and alliance building and monitoring and evaluation. Her core strengths include advocacy and movement building, as well as project and programmes management. She is committed to people-centred development and ensuring that policies and programmes translate into real improvements in the lives of women and disadvantaged communities.
